American Carols is a new orginal full length Holiday Ballet in three acts. Five families who are trying to get home for the holidays are snowed in at O'Hara airport on Christmas Eve. As the night continues we see their dreams of what the holidays would be like if they were home. American Carols, set to a score of best-loved music of the holiday season, is choreographed by Russell Sultzbach, Ellie Potts Barrett, Christine French and Phyllis Sultzbach. Ballet South, in conjunction with the School of Performing Arts, will perform this original full length story ballet at Trinity Prep Theater on December 12th at 7:00pm and December 13th at 2:00pm. Tickets are $15.00 and are on sale at the Ballet South box office - 407-831-1770. Box office hours are 2pm-9pm Monday through Friday.Orlando actors Elaine Pechacek and Katie Hammond are debuting twelve original songs from their upcoming musical "Delayed," about a group of strangers waiting in an airport. Breakthrough Theatre on Sunday, November 29 at 8pm. The preview show's cast includes Summer Aiello, Sarah Hanchar, Ryan Kim, Chase Padgett and Scott Whittemore.
