Author: Orlando Fl Passes Panhandling Ban
Bumming is now banned in the city of Orlando. On Monday, the city council passed a law prohibiting the homeless from panhanding at night in the downtown area.
Either way, the new ban will go into place on August 27, 2009.
Now a Days bumming is only legal in specialized blue boxed areas within the area, but what good does this really do? Probably nothing, but at least the cops can have more laws to deal with.
Can I see your panhandling license please?
